Copic Craziness!

I know some of you gals are simply Copic Crazy.  Well I am here to tell you that I have joined the whole LOT of you.  For years I have been collecting acrylic stamps and never making cards or using them on my layouts...I know, I know...I'm nuts right.  So lately, I have been forcing myself {or rather the economy has been forcing me} to make my own cards.  And so I have been just doing that.  STILL not using my stamps...Geez!  Inspired again by those fabulous Unity Stamp gals.{interject favorite catch phrase: SO STINKIN" CUTE} I have gotten out my stamps.

But wait
, there's more!  These cards are just amazing and mine, well are a little less than amazing.  In walks Copic Markers.  Okay, Okay so I am behind the times, but better late than never right.

In spirit of CHA we have
COPIC sketch markers on S A L E!  Over $50 OFF ladies.  Move over Obama, now this is my stimulus kind of package.

Some More Fussycutting

I sometimes feel like a one trick pony, but I just love patterned papers where I can cut the patterns/pictures out. Sassafras Lass's Nerdy Bird papers are great for this. The flowers are from patterned paper and the "grass" and sun are stickers. The sun had longer rays, but I cut them down to fit on the card. I also find myself having my embellies hang off the edge of cards lately too. This card I made for a challenge at the CKC crop. We had to use something from out goodie bag (I chose the Queen and Co photo turns and the piece of white cardstock) It didn't get the love, but I still like it anyway!

The design team and I have had such fun creating with the new Echo Park Paper Summertime Collection. The 12" x 12" collection pack includes 12 sheets of double sided paper.  These are all Unique Individual designs.  1 sheet of Element Stickers and 1 sheet of Alpha Stickers. I have made a layout and 2 cards and still plenty of supplies to create additional projects.  The retail price of the collection pack is $13.99 but is now on sale for $10.00.  Hurry soon! At this price they are sure to be gone quickly.

Some Echo Park Cards

Weren't Sarah's Echo Park layouts awesome? I'm more of a card girl, so here's my stab at the new Echo Park collection Sweet Summertime. I made these this weekend at the CKC crop in Des Moines. I went with Mimi (That Scrappy Girl) and some of her scrappy friends. I took a few classes, did a little shopping and even a little cropping! Be sure to stop over at That Scrappy Girl's store and pick up this paper pack before it's gone. I'm guessing it won't last long!

Did you hear that....?

Echo. Echoooo. Echooooooooooo.

Well, if you haven't heard about Echo Park Paper, then you are totally missing some cute stuff! When I sat down to design with these papers, I had such a blast. The paper pack comes with more than enough paper to design a handful of projects; it also has two 12x12 sheets of stickers that coordinates flawlessly with the patterned papers.

Here are a couple of layouts that I created using the latest from Echo Park Paper:

Don't you just love the brightness and fun to these products?! It works so well for all of those summer photos you have been taking these past couple of months. ;)

Remember that these products are now available to buy. Click here to see this awesome deal.

365 Degrees... of awesomeness!

Hi, everyone! Sarah, here. It's been a while since I last posted on the blog, but I'm back to bring you more inspiration than ever.

The store is now carrying some of the latest from Pink Paislee, 365 Degrees. Not only are the patterns on these papers GORGEOUS, but they are so versatile. ...and I promise, they'll work on any project you have planned.

Here are a couple of layouts that I completed with this awesome new line:

The color scheme to these papers are fairly close to primary colors, which make it really easy to use them. As you can see from my two pages above, I used these papers to finish two different layouts -- one all about me and another one about my trip to Arizona. Even though they're completely separate topics to scrap about, these papers work on either project. That's versatility at its finest, don't you think?! :)

...so if you are looking for paper that will work for any project, make sure to pick up some 365 Degrees from Pink Paislee. It truly is awesome.

Until next time,
sarah.
